PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Pure Water 2GO sells consumable food products in accordance with FDA, EPA, WQA, and NSF standards. In accordance with these standards dealing with the nature of the filter media, Pure Water 2GO does not accept refunds, requests for modifications, or returns for credit or refund. All sales are final. Pure Water 2GO strives to provide quality products, reliable service, and fast delivery. We will not accept any refunds or exchanges for aesthetic reasons, personal preference, or if you simply do not like the product. All water filter bottles require some squeezing pressure to filter the water. All products come with a 30 day manufacturer warranty to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Please check your bottle immediately upon delivery, and contact us for a replacement within 30 days if the item you receive is defective or if we have made an error in filling your order. Normal wear and tear or abuse of the product, including dropping and stepping on bottles or bottle parts, is not included under the manufacturer warranty.
