Cancellations and Returns
All cancellations, changes and corrections must be received in writing. Pure Water 2 Go sells consumable food products in accordance with FDA, EPA, WQA, and NSF standards. Due to these standards and the nature of our filter media, Pure Water 2 Go cannot accept requests for modifications, or returns for credit or refund. All sales are final. Pure Water 2 Go provides quality products, reliable service, and fast delivery. We will not accept any refunds or exchanges for aesthetic reasons, personal preference, or if you simply do not like the product. All products come with a 30 day manufacturer warranty to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Please check your bottles immediately upon delivery. Requests for return must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact Pure Water Global, Inc. customer service for a return authorization number before returning goods. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Normal wear and tear or abuse of the product, including dropping and stepping on bottles or bottle parts, is not included under the manufacturer warranty.
Payment Terms
Initial orders are to be prepaid with check or credit card. Terms are available with approved credit on subsequent orders and reorders.
Shipping Policy

Pure Water 2 Go uses 3rd-party shipping companies like DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Packages shipped through these companies are automatically insured against loss or damage on behalf of the customer. Pure Water 2 Go is not responsible for any packages once they leave our warehouse. Pure Water 2 Go will assist its customers, to the best of its ability, in loss and damage claims as needed. Customers are bound by the rules and regulations of the 3rd-party shipping agent. Pure Water 2 Go will ship all orders is accordance with these rules, and accepts no liability for the packages once they are shipped. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping charges, including returns or undeliverable packages. All fees and charges assessed to Pure Water 2 Go are the responsibility of the customer. Once a package ships, the shipping charges cannot be refunded. Should the package be shipped to the wrong address (or if the customer wants to change the address once it is shipped), all additional fees assessed are the responsibility of the customer. Refusing the package or returning the package to sender will not allow you to receive a refund. If a package is returned, the customer will be liable for the original shipping charge, the return shipping charge, and any restocking fee, if applicable. Pure Water 2 Go does not recommend US Postal Service for shipping any packages, domestic or international. Pure Water 2 Go understands that occasionally customers wish to ship items to PO boxes, and this cannot be done through a 3rd-party agent. Pure Water 2 Go also understands that customers occasionally want to ship their packages though USPS International. Pure Water 2 Go does not recommend this practice, and Pure Water 2 Go will not be held responsible for shipments specified with USPS.
